Cancellation Policy
RV/Tent

  • Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund, less a $25 service charge.

  • Cancellations made between 8-14 days to arrival will receive a full refund minus 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled arrival will forfeit full reservation.

Cabins

  • Cancellations made 22 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund, less a $25 service charge.

  • Cancellations made between 15-21 days to arrival will receive a full refund minus 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of scheduled arrival will forfeit full reservation.

Long Term Stay (30+ days)

  • Cancellations may be made for a full refund of your deposit up to 45 days prior to your arrival, less a $25 service charge.

  • Cancellations made after this date and prior to arrival will be forfeit full deposit amount paid.


All of the following rules are in place to help keep our campground and our guests safe.

  1. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries to guests, loss of money, or any valuables of any kind. Extended stay guests should purchase Renters insurance for coverage of personal items or valuables while staying at Duck Creek RV Park.

  2. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am daily.

  3. Speed limit is 5 mph.

  4.  DO NOT DRIVE OR PARK ON GRASS, OR IN A CAMP SPOT THAT DOESN’T BELONG TO YOU!

  5.  DO NOT PLACE RUGS ON THE GRASS.

  6. Males and females must wear cover-ups (shirt or blouse etc) when leaving your site or the pool area. No honking by visitors for guests to come out of their RV’s. Bottle caps from bottled drinks need to be disposed of in trash cans, not on the ground. 

  7. All guests and visitors must check in at the front office upon arrival at Duck Creek RV Park property. $2/night for overnight stay and $5 visitor fee to swim with guests.  

  8. All rents are to be paid on the actual due date. If not, we will give a courteous call for it to be paid. If you have a return check, there is a fee of $50 for all checks as well as the fees that your bank charges. 

  9. Electric Bills are due on the 1st of the month or when your rent is due.

  10. Vehicle washing is $10/ car or truck, and RV washing is $25/ camper you must notify the office prior to washing.

  11. NO SOLICITATION of any kind will be tolerated. No illegal activities are to be conducted on Duck Creek RV property. If the authorities are called for any reason other than Emergency ( i.e, needing an ambulance) you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. This would be for any illegal (drugs on property), fighting, (physical or verbal), theft, etc. There will be no refund on deposit or rent.

  12. Alcoholic beverages consumption is limited to your site and RV

  13. NO children under 17 should be left unattended on park property. This includes the pool. 

  14. Do not visit your neighbor unless you are invited to their site.

  15. Do not throw garbage on the ground. There are dumpsters located by the barn.

  16. All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times, when outside of the RV. Owners must pick up after their pets have relieved themselves. There are Doggie bags located around the park. Pets are not allowed in the restroom or the pool area! There is a zero tolerance for this rule. If caught not picking up after your dog the 1st offense will be a $50 fine after that you will be asked to leave.

  17. Dog run rules are posted and are to be strictly obeyed.

  18. No modification or destruction of any kind shall be made to DUCK CREEK RV PARK PROPERTY. Any damage will result in immediate termination of your guest agreement, you will be asked to vacate the property with no refund of your deposit. You will not be allowed to build your own garage or deck without getting prior approval from the owners of the park. Exterior storage buildings must have vinyl siding and shingles or metal roof. 

  19. All Duck creek RV Park rentals units will be: subject to inspection, no subletting, no pets, or kerosene heaters. Electric heaters must be approved in advance. 

  20. You are responsible for keeping your site clean, orderly and uncluttered. Also, if using the laundromat, pool area, clubhouse, or any other common area, please make sure the area is clean with all trash picked up.

  21. Please do not hang clothes up outside of your camper/ RV.

  22. I understand that fishing is allowed in the creek, but swimming is not allowed. I am aware this area is a natural habitat, dangerous wildlife such as muskrats, beavers, venomous snakes and non-venomous snakes, etc are present. 

  23.  I understand if I am incarcerated, or contraband of any kind is found in my possession, my lodging will be terminated immediately and there will be no refund on your deposit.

  24. Current rules are posted in the office of Duck Creek RV Park and are subject to change any time.

Pool Rules at Duck Creek RV Park

  1. Park guests swim free but any visitor over the age of 4 years old must pay $5/person/day. Hosting Guests must be present during their pool use. Swimmers must shower before entering the pool.

  2. No eating, chewing gum, drinking(including alcoholic beverages), or glass of any kind should be in or around the pool area.

  3. Children must be in little swimmer pants, not a diaper.

  4. Use the restrooms to relieve yourself, not the pool. If you do, we will have to close the pool and take proper measures to make sure it is clean. Also you will be asked to vacate the premises with no refund available.

  5. Any aggressive or belligerent actions or speech to other guests while in the pool area will result in an ejection from Duck Creek RV Park.

  6. All Children Under 17 are required to have a parent/ guardian with them in the pool area or any area outside their RV.

Cleanliness and Damage Policy

To ensure all guests enjoy their stay, we kindly request that cabins be left tidy upon departure. Please note the following:

Excessive Cleaning Fee: A fee of $250 will be charged for cabins/rooms left extremely unclean or with excessive garbage. This fee compensates for the additional cleaning required to restore the cabin to a welcoming state for the next guests.

Damage to Property: Any damages to the cabin/rooms, especially to electronic devices, will be assessed, and the guest responsible will be charged the cost of repair or replacement.

Pet Policy

Pet Limitation: To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we limit the number of pets to two per campsite. This policy applies to all pets brought onto the campground premises. This limitation will help prevent overcrowding at sites, reduce the potential for incidents between pets, and maintain the tranquility of our campground environment.

Leashing: Pets are required to be on a leash at all times while outside. No loose pets are allowed. Pet waste MUST be cleaned up immediately. Not cleaning up after your pet can result in eviction. No outside kennels, cages or fences. Do not walk your pet near anyone's site. No pets in the pool, pool area, clubhouse or bathhouse.


I have read and completely understand these rules. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless DUCK CREEK RV PARK, owners, employees, managers, and contractors from and against all losses, claims, suits, or other legal liability and legal expenses of any nature imposed upon or brought against them for any damages or physical injuries incurred while staying or visiting Duck Creek RV park.
